No Shipments unless payment made first

All cotton product shrink upto 5-8% including pre-shrunk cotton.

Not responsible for product defects more than 5 business days.

Product must be received by us within 7 business days.

Customer pays any additional fedex charges if customer makes mistakes in entering the shipping address.

Overseas shipments, consignee(buyer) responsible for all expenses including import duty, customs and/or brokerage fees.

Accepted Payment types cash, Money orders, Visa, Master card and discover credit card accepted.

NO COD orders accepted

Company Checks accepted only with prior approval.

$25 charges on returned checks or money orders.

Not responsible for typo graphical errors or miscalculations by program.

Case orders must be called in after entering the order.

If customer refuses the package or fails to receive the package, customer pays the fedex return charges.

Refused/Returned Orders Subject to 15% restocking fee plus freight charges both ways. To ensure you receive proper credit, we must be informed of all refusals within 24 hours. If you do not contact us within 24 hours to inform us that you refused your order, your refund could take up to 6 weeks to process.

Please be aware that we are not responsible for losses that occur as a result of packages being left in your absence. It is your responsibility to have someone present at time of delivery. You can click tracking number you receive in email from FEDEX to find out exactly when delivery is scheduled to your home or place of business. If your package is left by the shipper unsigned, or signed fraudulently and ends up lost you will not be reimbursed for freight or merchandise. We can, however, file a lost or damage claim with the particular shipper, but their decision is solely based on their information and findings.
