By placing the orders with WholesaleDirectUSA.com, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS or EXCHANGES.
Must report shipped items mismatch within three business days of receiving the order.
Not responsible for any shipment issues if not reported within two weeks of shipment arrival date.

No Shipments unless payment made first
All cotton product shrink upto 5-8% including pre-shrunk cotton. Not responsible for product defects more than 5 business days. Product must be received by us within 7 business days. Customer pays any additional fedex charges if customer makes mistakes in entering the shipping address. Refused or returned Orders Subject to 15% restocking fee plus freight charges both ways.
Overseas shipments, consignee(buyer) responsible for all expenses including import duty, customs and/or brokerage fees.
Accepted Payment types cash, Money orders, Visa, Master card and discover credit card accepted.

NO COD orders accepted
Company Checks accepted only with prior approval.
$25 charges on returned checks or money orders.
